Dr. Cheri Frey is an assistant professor of dermatology at Howard University in Washington DC, where she also serves as the residency program director, director of cosmetic dermatology, and medical director of the clinical research unit. Dr. Frey is heavily involved in clinical and translational dermatologic research and her works have been published in peer-reviewed journals such as JAMA Derm, JAAD, and JDD. Her research interests include Alopecia, Acne, Fibrosis, and Dyspigmentation. Dr. Frey is an expert in cosmeceuticals and is frequently invited to lecture both nationally and internationally. Dr. Frey is the immediate past Chair of the Dermatology section of the NMA. She currently serves on the board of directors for the American Acne and Rosacea Society and holds leadership roles in organizations such as the AAD and ASDS.
