Ophelia Dadzie, BSc (Hons), MBBS, FRCP, DipRCPath, MSc

Invited Speaker | SOCS Scientific Session at the 25th WCD Singapore 2023

Dr. Dadzie is a Consultant Dermatologist at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Uxbridge, United Kingdom. She is also a trained Dermatopathologist and was previously  the Clinical Lead for Dermatopathology at The North West London Pathology Center, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, London, United Kingdom. Dr. Dadzie has a long-standing interest in human cutaneous diversity, having published in this field. She has also lectured at national and international meetings on this topic.  Currently, Dr. Dadzie serves as the lead of the Dermatological Lexicon Group of the British Association of Dermatologists. This group has recently proposed a novel human skin color classification system – The Eumelanin Human Skin Colour Scale.
